Divorce Questions - Divorce Recovery

Divorce questions and problems are only as large as you make allow them to be. You have options. You may nurture or eradicate any personal issue. Patients and persistence are both required to answer divorce questions and recover. By confronting personal issues honestly and making informed decisions, each positive step increases the likelihood of full recovery according to psychologists.

Up to a point. The term "secondary gain" refers to participants in counseling and support groups who find the shared experience and sympathy more rewarding than actual recovery. When forward progress becomes mired in repetition of old issues, the likelihood of a successful recovery decrease with each passing month.

How Divorce Questions are resolved:
  1. Legal divorce questions pertaining to rules and cases must be rendered by a judge. Attorneys advise clients of probabilities of various outcomes along a sliding scale of least to more favorable
  2. Academic divorce questions relating to the children are resolved by the court based upon the opinion of qualified experts, through deposition, narrative reports and testimony.
  3. Factual divorce questions relating to marriage are determined by a jury empanelled by the court, unless a jury is waived. In non-jury trials (bench trials) the court assumes the responsibilities of both judge and jury.
  4. Minor divorce questions of convenience are ordinarily determined by agreement of attorneys for legal issues, and parents for custody issues.
